What this website stores
The public website does not provide user accounts. Two forms send data to Reyanda over an encrypted connection, both processed on infrastructure Reyanda controls: there is no third-party form processor and nothing is shared with anyone else. A light or dark appearance preference may be stored locally in your browser. Reyanda does not receive that preference.
Email enquiries
Engagement links open your email application. If you contact Reyanda, the information you send is processed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship. Do not send confidential, clinical, special-category or personally identifiable data in an initial message.
What the Medantir form collects.
A name, an optional organisation, an operating mode and a description of your intended use. It reaches us as a notification and is not stored in a database. Please do not include confidential, clinical or personally identifiable data in a first message.
What we hold, for how long, and how to remove it.
What we collect. Your name, email address, the role you are applying for, any links you provide, your message, and your CV if you attach one. If you tell us the role is technical we also record the GitHub username you supply, and we read that account's public creation date from GitHub in order to apply our stated eligibility rule. We do not read anything else from your GitHub account.
Why we hold it. To consider your application, and to consider you for future roles. We ask for your explicit agreement before storing anything, and the form cannot be submitted without it.
Where it goes. Your application is stored in Reyanda's own cloud infrastructure. CVs are uploaded directly to private, encrypted storage that is not publicly readable. No recruitment agency, job board or third-party applicant system receives your application.
How long. Twelve months, after which applications and CVs are deleted automatically. This is enforced by the storage itself, not by someone remembering to do it.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the twelve months are up. Write to founder@reyanda.com and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason.
Hosting and technical records
The website's hosting and delivery providers may process standard technical request records such as an IP address, requested page, timestamp and browser information for delivery, reliability and security. Reyanda does not use these records to create advertising profiles.

Links to email, LinkedIn, publications, repositories or other services are governed by those providers' own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information contained in a professional enquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion where no legal or contractual reason requires retention.
