Eligibility: open to early-career professionals, students and founders. No prior network required.

Clarifying what you are building toward; setting a goal architecture that survives reality; how to make decisions under uncertainty with the evidence available; the habits and systems that carry work over years, not weeks.
Structuring arguments that survive scrutiny; writing that is clear, honest and readable; speaking and presenting to rooms that matter; using feedback without being derailed by it.
Research and analysis methods for people who need to know what is true; reading numbers without being fooled; financial and professional literacy — contracts, negotiation, and managing your own economics.
Building a public record of delivered work; the capstone project that demonstrates what you learned; the plan for the twelve months after the term ends.
This is not a passive programme. Expect roughly 4–6 hours per week: one lesson, one piece of submitted work, one cohort or speaker session, and the fortnightly private call. The term runs 12 weeks, with a capstone in the final fortnight. Cohort fee and the current application window are given on enquiry — the fee exists to make the places serious, not exclusive, and a limited number of need-based places are held each term.
